Management Team

Kenny Thing, Managing Partner
Kenny Thing is passionate advisor for the Insurtech/Healthtech start-up and scale-up scene and have exited a few startups since 2018 having served more than 20 years in the life insurance and wealth management industry. His last role being CEO of a commercial broking company driving the growth and developing new propositions to enhance the company’s performance.
As an Investor, Kenny primarily invests in innovative, early-stage tech startups in Insurance and Healthcare space including one of the largest Health Tech firm in Kuala Lumpur and ran an Insurtech firm himself.
During his early years, he was leading the growth of one of the largest Bancassurance partnership and Investment Platform based in Singapore and has worked as an investment banker, providing investment and structured product solutions to Private & Retail banks in ASEAN before moving to Hong Kong in early 2012 joining a Canadian Insurer.
He holds a Master Degree in Finance and attended the Executive Education at Richard Ivey, Western Ontario and INSEAD, France.

Candy, Yang Ying Ying, Director & Partner
Candy has over 15 years of experiences in the executive search business and specializes hiring for Family Offices, Private Clients, Specialty Chemicals & Ingredients, LifeSciences and healthcare businesses.
Candy has led research functions, strategic and technical sourcing, and conducted search assignments and large-scale talent pooling and intelligence projects across various markets in the APAC region. During her earlier years, she led business development across Singapore, Hong Kong and Vietnam at a Chinese owned tobacco firm before she joined a US based Executive Search firm in 2007 and led strategic sourcing and recruitment.
Ying holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Communication from The University of Queensland, Australia.
